Opportunity

Nuveen Green Capital’s C-PACE financing provided over $1.9M for energy efficient upgrades to the property. The project’s energy efficiency measures included LED lighting, HVAC, high-efficiency pumps, and an energy management system which are projected to have a lifetime savings of $3,649,291 & 1,402,319 kWh of energy. The measures also helped to significantly improve the quality of life for the residents of the facility.

Shalom Park is a 120,000-square foot senior living facility in Aurora, CO, that has been in operation since 1993.
