It’s easy to cut corners with a renovation of this size and scope, but it doesn’t benefit the long term value of the property. C-PACE gave us the additional lift we needed to make the right decisions. Our tenants and the Town of Darien deserve great real estate that’s sustainable and energy efficient. The addition of solar and natural gas systems only improves the performance of the Property.
