Ohio C-PACE Market Update

In the month of June, Greenworks Lending provided financing totaling $8.4 million through Ohio’s C-PACE  (commercial property assessed clean energy) program. The financing was extended to properties in Columbus and Cincinnati and include offices and multifamily with ground floor retail.

The geographic distribution was complemented by equally diverse energy saving measures and types of projects.  The Hayden, a gut renovation of historic buildings in Columbus features lighting and HVAC upgrades, while in Cincinnati a newly constructed retail center will feature high-efficiency windows and building envelope elements and a retrofit to an office building will cover lighting, a cooling tower, and other efficiency measures.
