A Growing Green Team
Greenworks Lending sets the stage for significant growth as it welcomes eight new team members in Q1, 2019.
The expansion of the Greenworks Lending team can be attributed to the company’s continued growth, which was further facilitated by the company’s second rated securitization of C-PACE assets as well as a $440 million commitment from CarVal Investors at the end of 2018.
The new additions to the Greenworks team will help further the company’s foothold as the longest standing and most trusted C-PACE provider in the country.
As champions of clean energy policy and investment, together the team will help bring clean energy C-PACE policy to more states throughout the country, work with more developers and business owners to facilitate environmentally-friendly new construction and upgrades, and help continue to build awareness of Greenworks Lending and the C-PACE program.
Sean Ribble, Director of Business Development, will be leading Greenworks’ efforts in the Mountain West and Texas to further grow Greenworks’ programs and partners in these states.
Tim Olson joins Greenworks as the California Transaction Manager, where he will be working with a broad range of channel partners and stakeholders to convert complex commercial C-PACE opportunities into successful projects.
As the new Director of Marketing, Jamie McCorry joins Greenworks to help further build awareness of both C-PACE and Greenworks Lending in order to promote energy efficiency as a smart business choice.
Leo Nemirovsky , VP of Corporate Finance, will oversee the strategic and hands-on management of the Greenworks Lending business financials.
Elliott Cole joins Greenworks as a Business Development Associate for the Mid Atlantic region. Elliott works with our Market Activation and Policy team to promote C-PACE on behalf of Greenworks Lending. He is eager to advocate for sustainable clean energy and energy efficiency financing.
As the Director of Policy and Program Development at Greenworks Lending, Elyssa Rothe works to lay the groundwork for C-PACE programs that save energy and money for property owners, while achieving public policy goals for local governments.
As the Director of Principal Transactions, Laura Laumont comes aboard to lead the company’s new development and commercial real estate deals wing-to-wing.
And finally, Barlow Peelle, a recent college graduate of Colby College where he earned a degree in Environmental Policy and Economics, is stepping into the role of Finance Associate at Greenworks Lending where he will be joining the underwriting team to help property owners gain approval for renewable energy and efficiency projects.
“Our company is and has always been a product of the incredible talent we’ve been able to attract. This exceptional group of mission-driven new team members will expand our ability to meet the growing demand from building owners for a smart way to invest in their real estate.” Said Jessica Bailey, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “The expansion of our team and our footprint is an exciting milestone for Greenworks and a further signal of our industry’s continued growth.”
